Cameron Cordell Clark

Cameron Cordell Clark, 61, passed away on Friday April 5, 2019 in Fishersville, VA due to liver failure.

He was born on June 13, 1957 in Waynesboro, VA to Jefferson Davis Clark and Mildred Mae Cameron Clark.

Cameron attended school in the Waynesboro City School system and was a Boy Scout in Waynesboro Boy Scout Troop 44.

He dropped out of high school after completing the 10th grade and started working painting bridges.

Cameron met his future wife, Mildred Hughes Wade, at an ice skating rink near his home. Subsequently, Cameron and Mildred married on August 10, 1976, in a late night ceremony at the Minister's private residence in Roseland, VA.

Shortly after marriage, Cameron joined the United States Army. While serving in the army, he earned his GED.

After discharge from the army, Cameron and Millie returned to Nelson County, VA where they desired residence and began employment at Millie’s mother's restaurant. While working at the restaurant, Cameron earned his Real Estate license and sold houses for a while.

Cameron and Millie had one child, a daughter, born in October 1986.

Subsequently, Cameron and Millie divorced in the mid-1990s, at which time Cameron relocated to Waynesboro and obtained employment in a sales position at a friend’s business.
